What is a SIM-only mobile plan and why is it ideal for businesses?

A Business SIM-only plan provides a SIM card with mobile service, without a handset. This gives businesses flexibility to use existing devices and scale services as needed. Aussie Broadband's Business SIM-only plans include no lock-in contracts, ideal for growing businesses.

What is data pooling and how does it work?

Data pooling allows businesses to share data inclusions between multiple connected services or devices/staff members. Note: Data pools cannot be shared between "Tier 2" (Business Saver, Business Value, Business Essential) and "Tier 1" (Business Premium) plans, only within their respective tiers. For example if you have: 2x 40GB Business Value plans,2x 120GB Business Premium plans You would have a "Tier 2" data pool of 80GB, and a separate "Tier 1" data pool of 240GB. Data pooling for mobile plans on the same profile only.

What happens if my business mobile plan exceeds its data limit?

If your mobile plan exceeds its data limit, speeds will be capped at 1.5Mbps. You can purchase a data top-up via the MyAussie portal or app to restore full speed until the next billing cycle.

How do I order a new business SIM card using the MyAussie® app or online?

To order a new SIM via the MyAussie® app, tap 'Services' > 'Add new services' > 'Mobile' and follow the prompts. Alternatively, call our Australian-based support team on 1300 480 905 for assistance. For online, log in as an existing customer > select your plan from the 'Mobile Sim Plan' page > and follow the prompts.

Can I use International Roaming?
