What plans are eligible for a bundle discount?

All of our currently available 5G access mobile sim plans are eligible for a bundle discount when paired with any of our currently available nbn or Opticomm internet plans. You can get a bundle discount of $5/month for up to five mobile services on a single account.

How many services can I get a bundle discount on?

You can get a maximum bundle discount of $25/month, which is five mobile services on a single account. Any additional mobile services beyond this will not receive a bundle discount (but may still be eligible for other promotional discounts).

Are business plans included?

Yes! Bundles works the same way for business plans as they do for personal plans - simply pair any of our currently available 5G access business mobile sim plans with any of our currently available business nbn or Opticomm internet plans. You can get a bundle discount of $5/month for up to five mobile services on a single account.

Does the bundle discount stack with other promos?

No. Your bundle discount will only apply to your account at the end of any other promotional discount you currently have. If you apply a new promo to your mobile service (for example, an “upgrade” promo), then your bundle discount will become inactive until the end of the promotional period.

I currently have both an Aussie Broadband mobile plan and internet plan. Why aren't I getting a bundle discount?

Bundle discounts only apply to our new 5G access mobile plans. If you're on an 4G legacy mobile plan, you'll have to change your plan before you can get the discount. You can do so easily in the MyAussie app. If you already have a 5G access mobile plan, then your bundle discount will be applied automatically!

How do bundles work?

Getting a bundle discount is easy - just follow these three steps:

Check your address, then click "home" or "business" to choose your internet plan.
Add a mobile SIM plan to your cart.
Complete checkout.

That's it! Your bundle discount will be automatically applied on your next bill after activating your service. You'll get $5/ off per month per mobile service (up to five).

If you've used a mobile promo code, your bundle discount won't kick in until after the end of the promotional period.
