Support pack inclusions are now available, adding more value to business-grade services.

15 September: Faster Plans

New ultra-fast plans will be available.

• 2000/100Mbps – Residential (HFC)

• 2000/200Mbps – Residential (FTTP)

• 2000/500Mbps – Business (FTTP) and Gold support pack option.

• 250/100Mbps Plan – Specifically released for the HFC footprint, expanding high-speed access.

16 September: Speed Boost Bestowals

Eligible nbn® FTTP and HFC residential-classified plans will receive speed increases, helping customers enjoy even better performance.

Looking Ahead: Future Enhancements

• More Fibre Upgrades
  Focus on fibre upgrades will continue for FTTN/C services.

• New NTD Installs 
  Where required for specific plans. With a high number of possible scenarios, it’s best to enquire about NTD options for a specific LOCID and plan.

• Enterprise Ethernet Pricing
  New pricing is on the roadmap; stay tuned.
